Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technical/engineering program management.
8 years of experience in program management or project controls within the data center or construction industry.
8 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.
Experience in architecture, master planning, conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate real estate assets.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in a design and build environment for fast track facilities.
Experience in design, operation, and commissioning of control systems as they interface with electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of large-scale facilities electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
