The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the overall product leadership of Hadron, including product vision, roadmap definition, and delivery execution. The role serves as the single point of accountability for the platform to serve institutional client needs, engineering delivery, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Role and Decision-Making Authority

Unlike a traditional Product Manager role, this position requires clear decision‑making authority to:

• Set and enforce roadmap priorities, including pushing back on non‑essential requests.
• Coordinate with external engineering partners and maintain scope discipline.
