Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Product Manager to lead and deliver media, streaming, and broadcast solutions within a fast‑paced social agency environment. This role blends product ownership, live technical delivery, and client‑facing leadership, with direct responsibility for platforms including our Media Asset Management (MAM) system and Digital Media Hub.

Unlike a purely strategic product role, this position requires someone who is technically confident in the detail—able to support on‑site technical setups, troubleshoot remote and live streaming workflows, and step in during high‑pressure live events and working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is fit for purpose, well maintained, and appropriate for both on‑site and remote delivery models.


• Own supplier relationships across technical suppliers, ensuring maximum efficiency and innovation.
