Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Presales Consultant – Digital Workplace Services to drive solutioning and
technical engagement for enterprise customers. The role bridges Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery,
supporting RFP responses, client presentations, and end-to-end workplace transformation solution design.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Desk, EUC, ITSM, Modern Workplace, Automation
& AI-driven support, along with experience in enterprise managed services solutioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand Digital Workplace requirements.
• Design scalable and cost-effective solutions across:
o Global Service Desk (L1/L2/L3)
o End User Computing (EUC)
o ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Freshservice, etc.)
o Microsoft 365 & Collaboration platforms
o Automation & AI chatbots
• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions.
