Job Purpose To be responsible for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) of the
Fare System equipment
including Access Management (AMS) / Access Control Management (ACMS) / Staff clocking (Ecas) System in SMRT stations and SMRT depots, as well as to ensure KPI is fulfilled.
Responsibilities
Plan and perform PM on Fare System equipment.
Attend to CM on Fare System equipment.
Ensure compliance with work procedures and risk assessment when carrying out any project work.
Assist Assistant Engineer (AE) in any other maintenance work related to the Fare System equipment or the home office operations.
Carry out necessary data entries as required in the Maintenance Management System.
Practice safe and proper housekeeping.
Actively participate in Kaizen Project to enhance and streamline maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Support project initiative, testing and commissioning for new stations.
