Position Overview
What the role is: As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
What you will be working on: - Maintain and upkeep training facilities such as school laboratories and simulation centre and manage the flammable and hazardous chemicals inventory and laboratory consumables.
- Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of tools, equipment and machines in laboratories and simulation centre.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and the upkeep of laboratories including equipment maintenance, preparation, media and chemical preparation and cleaning of equipment at laboratories and simulation.
- Procure essential material/ tools/ equipment for training lessons.
- Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule and follow ups.
- Provide technical support to teaching staff.
