[What the role is]
You will provide technical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of practical lessons and assessments. This includes maintaining workshops, managing equipment and inventory, and supporting budget and procurement processes.
[What you will be working on]
- Setting up labs, workshops, and rooms for practical lessons and assessments, including AV and specialised equipment where necessary.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of workshops, stores, tools, equipment, machines, and first aid kits.
- Assisting lecturers in preparing teaching resources and demonstrating the use of tools and equipment to students under supervision.
- Troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth and safe delivery of practical lessons.
- Supporting budget planning, sourcing, and procurement of tools, equipment, and materials in collaboration with the AD/Manager.
