• Overseethepreparationoftheoptimisationprocessthroughtosignoff
• Brief,manageanddrivetheexternalconsultantsinthepreparationandissueofproductioninformationtoanagreedprogramme
• PreparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbytheLandAcquisitionbudgetandTechnical/SalesMeetings
• Ensureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturn
• OverseetheNHBC/BuildingRegulationsapplicationstoapproval
