Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager with strong formulation expertise in Industrial coatings and construction chemicals.

This role is responsible for driving and overseeing technical service activities across Southeast Asia. Partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will act as a technical expert and key interface to customers, leading application and formulation development, technical benchmarking, problem-solving, and technical training. The role also drives local and global customer projects, including product development and marketing initiatives, while contributing to business growth through technical insights and customer engagement.
