Job Description

- Oversee precision mechanical machining and technical operations
- Improve and develop machinery, and implement automation technologies in production
- Design production-supporting equipment and machinery to enhance productivity and reduce cost
- Manage team operations and lead technical projects
- Conduct risk analysis and evaluation
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirement

- Education: College/University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, or related fields
- Language: Good communication skills in English or Japanese (preferred)
- Experience: Management experience in mechanical machining/manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of mechanical machine improvement/kaizen, safety standards, and ISO
- Proficient in technical design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
