Key Responsibilities for Technical Manager: Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting Subject matter expert in chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, automation & control systems, and ACMV systems. Carry out detailed on-site measurement and verification using industry-standard instruments: Water-side tools: ultrasonic flow meters, differential pressure gauges, and temperature sensors Air-side tools: anemometers, temperature and humidity measuring devices Chiller performance tools: refrigerant pressure gauges (manometers) Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for chiller plant optimisation and performance improvement strategies.
