This role serves as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating RFIs, clarifications, and execution issues while overseeing BIM and model coordination to ensure constructability. The Technical Manager ensures consistent interpretation of design documentation across projects and identifies opportunities for modularization and standardization. The role bridges technical gaps between construction, procurement, logistics, and engineering, providing technical risk visibility to program leadership to support predictable project execution. This position also maintains alignment on technical matters among construction, procurement, and engineering contractors.
