Responsibilities
Provide technical service to the corporate clientsAnalyst the infrastructure environment Design and deliver an appropriate solution to the clientsTroubleshoot on the ad-hoc issuesConduct technical training and presentation to the clientsProvide technical advisesEnsure the service delivered is compliance to the SLARequirements
