Your tasks

Technical Sales Support & Consulting: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to promote leading coffee solutions, including machine selection, configuration, and preventive maintenance programs.

Deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) management and related solutions based on FRANKE products.

Technical Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide technical training and tailored sessions that highlight Franke’s USPs while ensuring ongoing knowledge transfer and offering guidance on preventive maintenance and TCO calculation.

Service Network Control & Audit: Perform service performance audits for distributors and service partners.
