What is the Opportunity?As a Technical Lead – Windows Server Operations you will play a key role in providing 24x7 front line support to Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows clustering, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, and Server Hardware. Responsibilities include triaging complex incidents, fulfill client requests, performing infrastructure changes, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met. The ideal candidate is passionate about server operating systems, hardware, virtualization, automation and security.What will you do?

Triage and resolve complex issues relating to server operating systems, clustering, virtualization and hardware using industry standard best practices and documented security standards
