Technical Lead

Location: Farnborough or Whiteley, with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and technical assurance of the solution within quality, cost and schedule constraints;


• Achieving acceptance of the solution by the customer;


• Providing technical leadership and mentorship across the workstream team;


• Ensuring engineering processes comply with contracted standards and Leidos corporate governance;


• Identifying the skills and staff required to deliver the engineering solution;


• Defining engineering practices and resources required to deliver the project and services within the constraints of the company engineering policies;
