Job Purpose:
The Technical Lead of Software Development directs and oversees the software function in the overall planning, organizing, developing, releasing, and maintaining of software applications and systems according to business needs. The Technical Lead manages a small team in a department, creating technical strategies and specific objectives for the team. This person also aligns the team with the broader department and R&D best practices, goals, and objectives.
