Position Overview

Technical Lead (Python/React) 
-POLITE NOTE: Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance. 
-London | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) and 3 days from home.
We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture.
Key Requirements
Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.
Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).
Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.
Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous.
Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
