Position Overview
This role is a SME role, requiring significant experience in D365 CRM / CE technology (modules features, customizations and configurations, extending functionality using CRM SDK, security concepts, troubleshooting, governance, integrations, module copilots etc.).
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a technical team, guiding development tasks and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business needs—creating and modifying entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Oversee code version control using Bitbucket and ensure proper collaboration and code review practices.
- Develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows to automate business processes.
- Use XRM Toolbox to support configuration and productivity enhancements.
