Position Overview

Technical Lead – responsible for driving technical excellence, leading AI‑assisted development, and guiding a delivery team toward pod‑based models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for the delivery team, championing AI‑assisted workflows and spec‑driven approaches.
• Guide engineers in leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, and others to improve productivity and code quality.
• Establish standards and best practices for AI‑native development, including prompt engineering, code‑generation review, and QA.
