#Technical Head (Housing Finance / Mortgage)
Location: Mumbai
Strong experience in Housing Finance, Mortgage Lending, Banks or NBFCs
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical due diligence and appraisal of properties financed under housing loans.
Evaluate property valuation, marketability, and structural viability.
Review technical documents, approvals, and compliance with building regulations.
Monitor construction progress and project execution.
Assess and evaluate builders/projects, particularly affordable housing developments.
Manage relationships with valuers, technical consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical recommendations to support credit decisions.
Lead and mentor the technical team while ensuring cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
14+ years of experience in property appraisal, valuation, and technical assessment.
