+ The Technical GIS Project Manager is a full stack delivery leader accountable for the successful execution of enterprise GIS initiatives—from solution definition and delivery through stabilization and operational readiness.

+ This role blends hands on ArcGIS Enterprise technical depth, program/project delivery ownership, and people and stakeholder management, ensuring GIS platforms and applications are delivered, operated, and evolved at scale.
