<p><b>Responsibilities </b></p> <p> Contractual & Technical Eligibility Review </p> <p>o Receive and analyze incoming orders from AOG teams, SMART (KLM), LFR, WEBMRO and shared mailboxes. </p> <p>o Verify that the ordered part is covered under the relevant contract (PBH, FBH, RBH, CBH, CHELEM, Multi-platform, SIA Marine). </p> <p>o If required, consult the Contract Manager for clarification or exceptions. </p> <p> Technical Analysis of Orders </p> <p>o Identify the motivation of the order (aging limits, remaining potential, wear condition, suspected damage, interchangeability issues). </p> <p>o Request technical evidence when needed (FME, photos, CRFT, TE). </p> <p>o If potential damage is suspected, request the customer to open a Technical Event and coordinate with the relevant Expert or PSM. </p> <p>o If the part is customer damaged, coordinate w...
