Position Overview

                    Responsibilities  Report to FM, Engineer, and Employer Hands‑on operations in specialization areas 
(M&E, ACMV, CFIMS/BMS, etc.) 
Inspect, supervise, and quality control of subcontractor works Troubleshoot and investigate faults/breakdowns 
Provide technical advice, solutions, and service recovery 
General computer competency 
Plumbing & Sanitary specialization: adjust/replace flush valve sensors, trace/clear leakages/chokes 
Double hatting of roles is allowed if no conflict of interest 
 Requirements  Diploma in Engineering/ Facilities Management or equivalent Engineering with 5 years’ experience in FM/ Estate Maintenance/ M&E/ ACMV/ CMMS/ BMS or equivalent
