Job Description Year 1: Build a Strong Technical Foundation Rotation 1 (First 6 months) — Production Technician (1 Product Line) Operate and understand an entire production line end-to-end. Perform core machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
