Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Leadership Translate client briefs into technical solutions (AV, lighting, staging, rigging, LED, power distribution, etc.).Develop technical concepts, layouts, and production strategies.Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and external suppliers.Oversee site inspections and technical feasibility assessments.(As required) Lead end-to-end technical event project delivery. Estimation & Commercial Management Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations.Conduct technical costing for labour, equipment, logistics, and subcontractors.Ensure margin control and commercial viability of projects.Participate in client budget discussions and value engineering.Monitor cost variations and manage change orders. ...
