Job duties 1. Support the sales team by identifying suitable products to meet customers’ requirements
Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to facilitate engineering solutions by working closely with them and, providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements, deliver solutions and manage customer expectations with the objective of closing sales.
Act as a consultant to the sales teams and clients by problem solving and make recommendations during the sales process.
2. Provide engineering solutions to resolve customers’ engineering challenges through troubleshooting
Propose workable solutions to help solve customers’ problems.
