Provide customers with AGV on-site implementation and technical support services, leveraging the expertise of professional technical engineers to benefit clients.
Ensure smooth product operation through proactive support and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline technical support processes.
Create product materials to enhance customer understanding and usability. Participate in the development of local projects.
Cooperate with regional sales, supporting with pre-sale functional demonstration, technical communication, PK with competitors, installation, testing and abnormal problem handling during/after sale of products.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Open to all majors, but candidates with a Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Communication or other STEM related majors are preferred.
