The role involves supporting new product requirements, interpreting client specifications, conducting research & development, and providing technical guidance to elevate overall team capabilities.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in research & development and technical evaluation
• Able to interpret and implement client technical specifications
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and project coordination
