Technical & Dubbing Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in projection services for all areas and divisions
• Download content and KDMs, perform pre‑screening of films, trailers, and other materials
• Conduct quality control checks with Dubbing and Trade departments
• Coordinate with other NBCUniversal divisions and external agents for events and screenings
• Maintain and organize the projection booth, equipment, LanSat, and server space
• Register films and trailers in the ICAA database
• Manage payment of rating fees
• Request and handle documentation (Certificates of Origin, Agreement Letters)
