Technical Documentation Assistant with experience in turnaround section operations, document control, and contractor coordination.
Skilled in SharePoint, Technical Document Management Systems, and HSEQ, with a strong ability to manage documentation workflows, ensure compliance, and support large-scale industrial maintenance activities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide administrative and operational support as directed by the Head of Turnaround Section and Contract Coordinator.
- Maintain and manage the Turnaround Section correspondence log, ensuring all communications with Contractors are properly recorded, tracked, and closed without backlog.
