• Project quality
• Technical content of projects
• QAQC of projects
• Be experienced and proficient at:
  • Presenting to clients
  • Preparing client/project proposals
  • Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible
  • Overseeing recruitment of staff
  • Resolving staff issues

Technical / Project Delivery

• Have the capacity to be responsible for the technical content of submissions and to define process to achieve the required results.
• Have the capacity to define design process and standardisation of documentation including calculations specifications reports.
• Have the capacity to lead MEP on high profile projects.
