:Parsons is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to join our team! In this role, you will develop, manage and coordinate the design and technical delivery of design packages across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery in line with client expectations and project goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and coordinating the execution of design deliverables across multiple projects.
Overseeing the preparation of designs, technical documentation including drawings, reports, and tender packages. o Supporting Managers and others in developing and implementing resource plans.
Reviews and approves discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each project. Maintains appropriate staffing level, including temporary personnel, as needed.
