Technical Delivery Manager – QR Management initiative within the Core Banking domain.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full change request (CR) lifecycle, from execution through UAT and sign‑off.
- Track, monitor, and report the progress of CRs to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and remove blockers during CR implementation.
- Ensure delivery milestones and quality standards are met for every change item.
- Review and consolidate implementation checklists ahead of go‑live and align with the delivery team for accuracy and completeness.
