• 15+ years overall with proven experience leading large delivery teams of 20+ engineers as a services or vendor partner to Microsoft Product teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate within Microsoft vendor engagement models including familiarity with vendor governance, compliance, and invoicing processes
• Strong capability to lead and motivate geographically distributed teams in India while collaborating closely with US time zone customer stakeholders
