Work Model: On-site during training and first months, later hybrid (2–3 days/month in office)

About the Role
We are looking for French-speaking professionals to join an international Helpdesk project in Porto. Opportunities are available for both L1 and L2 Support levels.
For L1 positions, previous experience in technical support is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates with French + German or French + Italian language combinations.
For L2 positions, we are looking for French + English speakers with previous experience in technical support or similar helpdesk environments.
