Job Title: Technical Customer Support Engineer
Location: East Rand
Salary: R85 000 – R90 000 CTC

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant qualification.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in adhesives, construction chemicals, or a related industry.


• Strong background in customer technical support, field application trials, and training delivery.


• Ability to manage customer complaints, conduct investigations, and provide practical solutions.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience working closely with sales teams and customers.
