This role acts as the operational hub between clients, surveyors, vessel crews, and internal teams, resolving operational issues and enabling surveyors to focus on technical inspection and reporting. Individuals provide high-level, professional secretarial/administrative support for the team while being client and service oriented.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate daily/weekly deployment of surveys to ABS surveyors based on project requirements, availability, and location.
