Position Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will support the service function and act as the first point of contact for customer service related inquires and is responsible for co-ordinating such inquiries and assessing customer requirements/urgency to determine required action plans.
Responsibilities
Adhere to safety requirements as per company policiesRespond to customer calls and triage customer requests including status of machines and service work and/or issues that require special attention or escalationAssist the Field Service Manager with the daily planning of field techs work assignments by maintaining the master field scheduleRegular follow-up with technicians as to job status and with customers to provide job completion updatesLiaise with Parts Department regarding requirements for specific jobs, ordering, shipping, etc.Work in conjunction with the Warranty department to supp...
