Position Overview
The Technical Coordinator Joinery manages the technical documentation submittal and RFI workflows for joinery projects, acting as the central coordination point between the design team, workshop, site, consultant and client. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of technical information to support uninterrupted project execution.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the preparation, submission and tracking of all joinery shop drawings, material submittals, sample approvals and mock‑up sign‑offs.
- Coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) process: prepare, distribute, track and ensure timely resolution of all technical queries.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and interior designers to obtain drawing and material approvals within programme timelines.
