Work Arrangement

The role operates a hybrid model with 3 days working from home per week and supports the North America region, working hours 14:30 - 23:00 SA time.

Responsibilities Work with clients to understand their needs. Turn business requirements into technical specifications. Present solutions to stakeholders and solicit feedback. Train clients on the MRI Toolkit. Migrate client databases to MRI Cloud. Install MRI products on self-hosted client servers. Complete data conversions from source software to MRI. Create reports using MRI Toolkit and SSRS. Share knowledge and improve internal processes. Requirements Client focus and passion for quality. Dedicated, conscientious, detail oriented.
