The Technical Consultant supports data conversions, system implementations, testing, and client-facing technical activities. The role demands strong SQL expertise, independent work, and clear communication with non-technical end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data conversions and validation across multiple database platforms.
• Develop, modify, and support custom Crystal Reports using Crystal Reports and SQL.
• Support system implementations and testing activities including Azure fundamentals, IIS setup and configuration, Windows system configuration and troubleshooting, mapped drives, basic networking concepts, Active Directory, Parallels setup, and Remote Desktop (RDP) troubleshooting.
• Prepare and manage backups and test environments.
