Position Overview
Job Description :
- Conduct analysis of customer portfolios and production processes to provide insights and recommendations for required product or menu development.
- Develop menu creations and food costing tailored to customer needs and characteristics to support the area sales team in offering products to outlets.
- Propose new menu concepts using One Garudafood products that can set trends in the F&B industry and increase customer awareness.
- Provide ideas for new product development to ensure product applications align with customer requirements.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment arrangement, and basic maintenance to ensure the kitchen is always ready for use.
- Perform cooking demonstrations (domestic and international) based on requests from the Commercial Team to support sales growth.
- Conduct joint customer visits with the sales team to identify opportunities and potential business growth.
