Purpose of the Role

The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements while acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires strong SQL and API experience to support system integrations, data analysis, and solution delivery.

Technical Requirements Strong SQL experience (queries, joins, data validation, stored procedures). Experience working with REST and/or SOAP APIs. Ability to read and understand API documentation (Swagger/Open API). Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools. Understanding of system integrations and data flows.
