You will play a key role in supporting the President & CEO of MAHLE Japan, who also oversees the East Asia region. The responsibilities fall broadly into two categories:(1) Strategic Projects & Business Analysis and
(2) Executive Support & Office Management.
Because this role involves assisting a highly engaged executive, it requires strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a high sense of urgency. Working closely with top management provides an excellent opportunity for significant professional growth.

Your Contribution

1. Strategic Projects & Business Analysis

Lead or participate in major strategic initiative

Conduct research, perform data analysis, and prepare materials for board meetings, investor reviews, and industry conferences

Attend meetings, document key points, and follow up on action items

Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues
