SLAM Mapping & Customer Support: Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation parameters to suit each environment. Provide onsite and remote online support, guiding customers through robot operation, setup, and troubleshooting step by step. Log all support interactions, follow up on open issues, and escalate complex cases to the CTO with clear notes
Showroom Maintenance: Keep showroom robots in peak condition through routine checks, cleaning, charging, and minor repairs, ensuring units are always demo-ready. Report hardware or software faults promptly for repair or replacement
