As part of the VML EMEA Enablement Team, the Technical Architect partners with VML and its clients’ marketing and technical teams to deliver data‑led solutions. The role leads the design, delivery, and execution of client engagement solutions—including CRM, personalization, and marketing automation—and acts as a trusted advisor on the customer’s transformational journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with existing and new clients to deliver strategic solutions and lead technical client engagements from scoping to solution design documentation. Define project scope and specifications, present final software solutions, and provide feedback, alignment, and progress updates to the client.
