A well-established architecture studio is seeking an ARB-registered Architect with several years of experience, and a strong track record in the technical design and delivery of UK construction projects—particularly in façade remediation. This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on façade remedial schemes while also contributing to the design and delivery of new-build developments. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with senior colleagues and external consultants, managing projects through all RIBA stages.

You will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of façade remediation projects, overseeing detailed design and construction packages, and ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations throughout the project lifecycle. In some cases, you will also support the studio’s responsibilities as Principal Designer under Building Regulations.
