SUMMARY:
A supplier of IVD products requires the above to support customers with analyser, application, operator, and reagent queries, working closely with the sales team to drive sales growth.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements for the role:

• A BSC degree/ National Diploma in Biomedical Technology or Degree is required for this role.
• Must have worked in a laboratory environment as a Technician, Technologist or Scientist.
• Previous experience dealing with customers is essential.
• Must have worked on LIS system and must be computer literate with MS Office.
• Must understand scientific/ medical terminology.
• Previous experience as a TAS in a diagnostic equipment environment is preferred.
