Position Overview :

The Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in our global IT Delivery team, acting as a key business analyst for application and business process improvements. This role serves as a strategic partner to departments such as Commercial, Finance, and Operations—gaining deep insight into their processes, data needs, and areas where technology can drive efficiency and informed decision-making. The specialist will also manage projects related to application enhancements and new implementations within their area of expertise.
